Rock the Boat Announce 2019 Headliners Big Wreck, The Road Hammers and More
Prince Edward Island’s Rock the Boat Music Festival has played host to some big names in the past. Held each year in Tyne Valley’s Green Park during the Tyne Valley Oyster Festival, they’ seen the likes of Blue Rodeo, The Glorious Sons, Trooper, April Wine and Tom Cochrane. Today they’ve announced the full line-up for their 6th annual festival. Topping the list are Canadian-American rockers Big Wreck and JUNO Award winning Canadian country rockers The Road Hammers. Folly Fest holds a special place in our hearts as possibly the best music festival in Atlantic Canada. Year after year we head back to Gagetown, New Brunswick like clockwork. As we’ve said before, it’s more than just a festival. It’s practically the closest thing you can get to a family reunion without being related to anyone. Celebrating what is widely recognized throughout the province of New Brunswick as the end of unpalatable weather and the unofficial kickoff of the summer festival season, Paddlefest is a great reason to clear your schedule for a long weekend in Saint Andrews. Held from May 16th to 19th, the annual event sees the picturesque town come alive with music, art and paddling/environmental-themed activities.
