Single: Carry The Lost Loudly Champion Getting Outside on ‘Pick Your Poison’

In the six months following the release of Carry the Lost’s last single, “Battle Tested,” the whole world has changed. The Halifax band, once so confident in their status as veterans of hard rock, has had to manage expectations due to the current status of the pandemic. Their latest single, “Pick Your Poison” is a drums-first coaxing towards a more familiar level of social engagement. New Music: Nowhere Club’s Nebulous, Collaborative Compilation/Amusement Park ‘Broadcasts From Nowhere’ Defies Definition

Sometimes you just need to go out and create something. It’s a natural enough urge that is probably universal to the entirety of the human race and manifests in countless ways. Single: Nathaniel Cole Pits Vices Against Creativity on ‘Give It Up’

Nathaniel Cole describes the concept behind his latest single with a rather dire “we live and die by our vices.” Despite the single’s artwork, which makes it look like the single might have been cobbled together from the spare parts of the next 007 film (yes, we’d absolutely watch that), instead Cole addresses some very real and immediate issues when it comes to de-railing a creative career. Music Video: Air Traffic Control Saunter to the Edge on ‘End of the Road’

Air Traffic Control has rolled out a new video for “End of the Road” and it’s a little too ominous for something that was released well before the pandemic. Taken from their fifth album, Great Escapes which was released in October of last year, the song is a bittersweet and cavalier approach to the inevitable moment we all get off the merry-go-round.
