The Fredericton Community Kitchen does a lot for those who can’t afford to eat in the Fredericton area. A lot. Both in-house and sent out for delivery, meals served by the Community Kitchen add up to over 14,000 each month. In order to give back, Fredericton rapper Eric Claybourne, better known as Ceeb Dread, has organized a fundraiser to help the Community Kitchen and to thank them for everything they do for our local community. Living Roots Music Festival Announces First Headliners For 2018
The Living Roots Music Festival, Fredericton’s celebration of curated music and unlikely venues, is returning for their third iteration. Last year’s festival saw forty-five acts from all over the world perform across the city in some unexpected places: breweries, pubs, cafes, bars, a barbershop and a church. This year they aim to do it all over again and have announced their first headliners for 2018.

Late last year, Hey Rosetta! shook the east coast music scene with the announcement that, after a decade as one of Atlantic Canada’s most prominent bands, they’d be calling it quits… at least for the foreseeable future.
