Finally we’re getting a sense of what we’re all headed to Newfoundland for this April. The East Coast Music Association has unveiled the showcasing artist who will be performing during the 2020 East Coast Music Awards taking place from April 29 – May 3 in St. John’s, NL.
As was previously announced, by none other than host (and Princess Warrior) Mary Walsh, the ECMA Award Show will feature performances from Tim Baker, Rose Cousins, Wintersleep, Damnhait Doyle, Matt Mays, Natalie MacMaster, Neon Dreams, Motherhood, Eastern Owl, Zamani, Jacobus, and Shanneyganock, taking place on Thursday, April 30 at St. John’s Mile One Centre.

The ECMAs also announced the performers of their Songwriters’ Circle(s) on Sunday, May 03 at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Ballroom in St. John’s, NL. Featuring TWO circles (maybe even a Venn Diagram?) we have Rose Cousins, Tim Baker, Jenn Grant, and Frank Kadillac performing in circle one, while Fortunate Ones, Matt Mays, Irish Mythen, and Amelia Curran performing in circle two.
More artists and shows may be added to the lineup in the coming weeks and some shows may change as the festival approaches.
